These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the QIP MemberZone customer account portal at qiphelp.com ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a customer account portal that lets you view your orders, track shipments, manage account preferences, contact support, and access loyalty rewards (cashback) tied to your account. The Service itself is provided free of charge as part of your relationship with us.

2. Account and Access

Access to the Service is granted via a magic-link login sent to the email address associated with your account. You are responsible for keeping this email address secure and for any activity that occurs under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately so we can invalidate your active session and issue a new login link.

One account is permitted per email address. We may suspend or close accounts found to be created with falsified information, used to abuse the Service, or used in violation of applicable law.

3. Communications

By using the Service, you agree to receive transactional emails related to your account and orders (login links, order status updates, support replies). Optional newsletter communications are sent only after a separate opt-in confirmation; you can unsubscribe at any time using the link included in every newsletter email.

4. Cashback Rewards

Eligible orders may earn cashback that is credited to your in-account wallet. Cashback rate, qualifying order types, and redemption rules are described inside the wallet section of the Service and may be updated from time to time. Cashback has no monetary value outside of the Service and cannot be exchanged for cash.

We may reverse cashback credited in error, or associated with refunded or charged-back orders. Cashback that has been redeemed against a subsequent order and the order itself was later refunded follows the rules described in the wallet help.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • access the Service through automated means without our prior written consent;
  • attempt to disrupt, probe, or reverse-engineer the Service;
  • create multiple accounts to evade limits or abuse promotional offers;
  • use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to suspend access for any account engaged in the above.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks in the Service are the property of QIP MemberZone or its licensors. You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for managing your own account.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QIP MemberZone is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount of cashback credited to your account in the 12 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting support. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or in case of prolonged inactivity. Cashback in a closed account is forfeited unless local law requires otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or via a notice in the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of business of QIP MemberZone. Any disputes will be resolved in the competent courts at that location, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
